Reference is made to the notice issued on 14 February 2023, where Treasure ASA
("the Company") launched an offer to all shareholders to buy back up to
4.500.000 shares through an application process with a fixed price of NOK 18,50
per share (the "Offer"). The application period expired at 16:30 hours (CET) on
17 February 2023.
Following the end of the application period, the Company has resolved to
purchase 517.771 shares at a price of NOK 18,50 per share pursuant to the Offer.
Allocation notices is expected to be sent to individual shareholders that has
tendered shares in the Offer on or about 20 February 2023, the trade date is
expected to be on or about 20 February 2023 and the settlement date is expected
to be on or about 22 February 2023. The settlement will be conducted on a normal
delivery-versus-payment basis (DVP).
Following settlement of the Offer, Treasure ASA will hold 3.112.337 own shares.
