Reference is made to Univid ASAs ("Univid") stock exchange disclosure on 7
November 2023 regarding the share exchange agreement ("SEA") related to SEEYOU
Ltd ("SEEYOU"), and the stock exchange disclosure on 13 November 2023 regarding
97% SEEYOU shareholder acceptance of the SEA. Univid is now pleased to announce
that further shareholders representing 2,4% of the issued shares in SEEYOU have
conditionally accepted the SEA provided that Oslo Børs reverses its decision to
delist Univid ASA, bringing the total shareholders conditionally accepting the
SEA to 99.4%. As announced, the SEA is subject to several closing conditions,
including that Univid acquires at least 98% of the issued shares in SEEYOU.
