Dataproces today published its annual report for the company’s non-calendar fiscal year 2025/26, with results landing within the company’s stated guidance.
In 2025/26, Dataproces generated revenue of DKK 47.6 million, corresponding to growth of 7.1% compared with the previous year. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased by 20.1% to DKK 28.6 million, while EBITDA amounted to DKK 16.3 million and EBIT reached DKK 8.1 million.
The number of active SaaS subscriptions increased from 171 to 206 by the end of the financial year, while 90 of Denmark’s 98 municipalities use at least one software solution from Dataproces. During the year, the company developed seven new software solutions, underscoring Dataproces’ focus on innovation and product development, which may result in additional sales to Danish municipalities.
Earlier this month, the company presented its expectations for the current financial year, 2026/27. Revenue is expected to reach DKK 50–53 million, with ARR growth of 10–15%, while EBITDA is expected to be DKK 15–17 million and EBIT DKK 7–9 million. In addition, Dataproces expects to realize revenue growth from acquisitions in the range of DKK 7.5–10 million during the year, which is not included in the stated guidance. The outlook reflects the continued scaling of the company’s core business, and Dataproces expects to increase its growth rate in the coming years toward its 2030 target. By 2030, the company expects to achieve revenue of DKK 200 million, of which DKK 116 million is targeted to be generated organically.
CEO Kasper Lund Nødgaard stated in connection with the annual report:
For me, this year’s result reflects the journey the company has been on over many years. We have gradually transformed specialist knowledge into software, and software into recurring subscription revenue. During the year, we developed seven new software solutions and invested in new specialist areas. These investments have only contributed to this year’s result to a limited extent, but we have previously demonstrated how specialist knowledge can be converted into software and recurring revenue. Therefore, we have high expectations that the investments we are making today will contribute to Dataproces’ development in the years ahead.
