In continuation of company announcement #23-2022, the corporation remains fully focused on driving cost efficiency. Therefore, the Board of Directors has today decided to move Valuer Holding A/S from the First North Premier segment to the First North segment. The First North segment is part of the SME growth market, so there will be no change for shareholders, and trading will remain the same.
Due to the aforementioned changes, the company will no longer have to follow the disclosure obligations for Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market, but First North Growth Market Rulebook. In addition, the company is not obliged to prepare the accounts in accordance with IFRS going forward but instead as a minimum apply the Danish Financial Statement Act - class B. The company will continue to report on good corporate governance.
The shares are expected to be available for trading on First North from 2 March 2023.
