Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Aarhus, 18 December 2020 Company announcement no. 45/2020 Vestas to acquire a 25 percent stake in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/SVestas Wind Systems A/S (Vestas) has today entered into an agreement with the investment management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S (CIP), whereby Vestas will acquire a 25 percent minority stake in CIP's parent companies.
