Vincit initiates change negotiations in Finland
Vincit is initiating change negotiations in accordance with the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings, aiming to adapt its organizational structure to the rapid AI transformation and adjust staffing levels to prevailing market conditions. The change negotiations concern Vincit's service business's billable personnel at all Finnish locations, covering approximately 375 employees.
Estimated maximum reduction in personnel is 45 employees. The change negotiations will commence on March 9, 2026, and are expected to last three weeks. Vincit will communicate openly with its employees throughout the negotiation process and will announce the outcome once the negotiations have concluded.
During the beginning of the year, Vincit's organizational structure has already been streamlined by 10 people in management, sales, and business support roles.
“Vincit has sharpened its positioning as a pioneer in AI-driven consulting and agentic software development. The planned measures are being initiated to secure our competitiveness and further improve our ability to respond to market changes," says Julius Manni, CEO of Vincit.
