<div class="mfn-body"> VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company’s portfolio company Voi has won the London, UK e-scooter tender awarded by Transport for London (“TfL”).&nbsp; TfL launched a competitive procurement process last year for operators to run the next phase of London’s rental e-scooter trial. Contracts have been awarded to three operators including Voi and will run for two years plus an option to extend for one more year. The maximum fleet size for each operator is 6,600 scooters, and the license is expected to commence towards the end of September 2023.&nbsp; London is a massive market and a true European mega city, making this a big win for Voi.
