Press release

Volati's Annual General Meeting has resolved to distribute all shares in the subsidiary Salix Group

Volati

Volati AB's Annual General Meeting resolved on 29 April 2026, in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, to distribute all of Volati's shares in the subsidiary Salix Group to Volati's ordinary shareholders. Salix Group is intended to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with an expected first day of trading of 15 June 2026.

Volati's Board of Directors has been authorised to determine the record date for the distribution of Salix Group's shares, which is expected to occur in close connection with the listing of Salix Group's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. One (1) ordinary share in Volati will entitle the holder to one (1) share in Salix Group.

"We look forward to taking this next step in separating Salix Group from Volati and seeing Salix Group become an independently listed company in the near term. We remain convinced that the separate listing will increase long-term shareholder value for both Volati's and Salix Group's shareholders, as we believe that both companies can develop more strongly as independent companies," says Patrik Wahlén, Chairman of the Board of Volati and Salix Group.

Salix Group will host an investor presentation planned for 29 May 2026, at which Salix Group's various business areas, key customer segments, strategic direction and financial targets as a standalone listed company will be presented, among other things.

More information about the listing and distribution of Salix Group, including an information brochure, key dates and events, as well as the forthcoming prospectus expected to be available from late May 2026, can be found on Volati's website, www.volati.se/en/investors/distribution-salix-group
