In accordance with the resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, Wallenstam AB (publ) has, during August 2026, carried out a reduction of the share capital by SEK 6,000,000 for allocation to unrestricted equity through the cancellation of 24,000,000 class B shares.
The cancellation has resulted in changes to the number of shares, the share capital and the number of votes in Wallenstam.
Following the cancellation, the number of shares in Wallenstam amounts to 69,000,000 class A shares, which is unchanged, and 567,000,000 class B shares, a total of 636,000,000 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 159,000,000.
Each class A share carries ten votes and each class B share one vote, meaning that the total number of votes is 1,257,000,000.
Following the cancellation, as of today's date, Wallenstam holds 4,010,000 treasury class B shares, acquired at an average price of SEK 41.19 per share, including brokerage fees.
