Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) considers issuing a senior unsecured green bond in SEK
Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (“Wästbygg Gruppen” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has mandated Swedbank AB (publ) as sole bookrunner to arrange investor meetings commencing on 10 November, to investigate the possibility to issue a senior unsecured green bond of [up to SEK 500m], under a framework of SEK 800m, with a floating interest rate and a tenor of three years. A capital market transaction may follow, subject to i.a. market conditions.
The proceeds of the contemplated bond issue will be used in accordance with the Company’s Green Finance Framework, published in May 2021. Swedbank acted as advisor in connection with the establishment of the Company’s Green Finance Framework for equity- and debt instruments.
