The transaction values Finanzero at a pre-money valuation of SEK 76,6 million, representing a decrease of SEK 79,4 million compared to the valuation reported in Webrock’s Year-End Report Q4 2024, leading to a SEK 14,6 million decrease in the Company’s net asset value.
