<div class="abstract">Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the expanding Smurfit Westrock OnWell for Värjan 13 at Berga in Helsingborg. The move is taking place in 2025 and the lease is for five years. </div>Smurfit Westrock is one of the world's largest corrugated board and cardboard packaging companies. OnWell is Smurfit Westrock's Scandinavian unit for sales, design and production of displays and other forms of in-store communication. To secure the company's future expansion capacity, the company is moving to Värjan 13 in stages during 2025, where 500 square metres will be used for offices and the other space for production. The expansion is due to organic growth as well as the arrival of larger equipment, and thus increased production capacity, to the premises in Helsingborg. The previous tenant was the soap manufacturer Victoria Soap and, in connection with Smurfit Westrock OnWell's tenancy, Wihlborgs is implementing several energy-saving measures at the property. Berga, with its rich offering of services, including restaurants, green areas, stores and gyms, is four kilometres from central Helsingborg and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Over 630 companies here employ close to 5,800 people, which makes it an important area for the city. "We had been looking for larger premises suitable for our production for quite some time, and when Wihlborgs showed us Värjan 13 we saw it as a great opportunity. We have better conditions for expanding operations and continuing to grow while remaining in Helsingborg, which we consider quite positive," says Daniel Stålhammar, Plant manager at Smurfit Westrock OnWell."The letting to Smurfit Westrock OnWell shows that Berga is not only Helsingborg's premier small business neighbourhood, but also a place where companies can grow and develop, which is positive for the entire city.
