Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, 10 September 2026, completed a share
program for employees.
The following primary insiders have participated in the program:

Shares to be acquired:
o Christian Berg: 24 WWI class A shares
o Bjørge Grimholt: 24 WWI class A shares
o Benedicte Teigen Gude: 24 WWI class A shares
o Geir Flæsen and close associates: 48 WWI class A shares

Following completion of the transactions, their new holdings will be:
o Christian Berg: 3 577 WWI class A shares and WWIB 600 class B shares
o Bjørge Grimholt: 2 419 WWI class A shares and 10 WWIB class B shares
o Benedicte Teigen Gude: 1 064 WWI class A shares
o Geir Flæsen and close associates: 154 WWI class A shares
