Xplora Technologies gives parents the confidence to allow their children to play freely outside by providing connectivity and additional safety solutions whilst simultaneously incentivising physical activity and engagement with ESG initiatives through its digital Goplay platform. Together with producing and selling hardware Xplora Technologies generates recurring revenues from value-adding services and connectivity referred to as the Xplora Service Platform. <pre>The board of directors of Xplora Technologies AS has resolved to do the following amendments to its current share option program: - The strike price is set to NOK 7 for the following option holders: Kjetil Fennefoss (250 000 share options), Kristin Hellebust (250 000 share options) and Svenn Jarle Simonsen (81 167 share options). Vesting and exercise periods remain the same, meaning that 1/3 of the options are vested each year in the period of 2022-2024, and that exercise period is within 30 June each year after vesting is completed. - The end date of the exercise period is prolonged from 30 June 2023 to 31 December 2023 for option holders Sanghyo Kim and Sten Kirkbak. This relates to 970 025 share options for Sten Kirkbak and 608 750 share options for Sanghyo Kim, in total 1 582 775 share options. The current strike price of NOK 7 remains.
