YIT agreed in April-June 2021 on the construction of a total of five right-of-occupancy, rental and assisted living buildings in Southern Finland. The projects are located in Vantaa, Kirkkonummi, Kerava and Lahti. The clients are Asuntoyhtymä Group Oy, TA-Asumisoikeus Oy, the Yrjö and Hanna Foundation and VAV Asunnot Oy.
The total value of these projects is approximately EUR 43 million. YIT will build 416 apartments in these buildings. The total built area will be approximately 27,300 m2. The contracts have already been signed, and their value has been entered in the order book for the second quarter of 2021. The construction work for the first projects has already started.
