A fresh company report from Joni ahead of Q4.                   Inderes              Digia Q4'25 -ennakko: Uusi strategiakausi ja näkymät keskiössä - Inderes    Digia julkaisee tilinpäätöstiedotteensa torstaina 5.2.2026 kello 15.00. Huomion kohteena raportissa ovat luonnollisesti erityisesti vuoden 2026 näkymät, uuden strategiakauden painopisteet sekä osinkoehdotus, jonka odotamme nousevan edellisvuodesta.                             Joni raised his forecasts since no profit warning was issued and now expects an adjusted EPS of €0.66 for this year. The fair value range was simultaneously raised from €7.2–€8.8 → €7.8–€8.8. The changes were logical, but the target price was illogically left the same at €7.2 even though the aforementioned items were adjusted upwards

For the Q3 earnings season, yours truly had 7 companies reporting on the same day… Because of this, I had to produce more concise reports to get them all out  Normally, of course, there should always be a more comprehensive valuation page in these earnings updates!

The guys at Proprius apparently took a position in Digia in December:  I wonder if they have positions in other IT service sector companies? Edit: answering my own question, they have one in Gofore at least.

In January 2022, when a positive profit warning was issued, it happened on the 10th working day after the turn of the year, and now it’s already the 13th working day. To be able to say that EBITA is at the same level or higher than in 2024 (as the guidance states), at least €8m in EBITA should probably have been accumulated in the last quarter (Joni’s forecast €7.2m). At that EBITA level, adj. EPS should be €0.64-0.65. By the way @Joni_Gronqvist, why is the valuation section completely missing from Digia’s Q3 company report? The one that is usually in every company report. Taken from Digia’s Q2 report:

If we don’t hear a profit warning soon, which was considered likely after Q3, then Digia has certainly delivered a strong Q4 result. Joni could then raise his forecasts a bit before the Q4 report. The P/E ratio would drop below 10 based on last year’s earnings, and profit growth is expected again for this year.
