Ponsse: Terrain remains difficult

The loss of the Russian market made a deep dent in the company's net sales and relative profitability. Future comparable growth will be partly driven by price increases and the expected increase in margins is based on a low starting level.

Ponsse is an industrial company. The company is a supplier of machinery for the forest industry, such as harvesters, dual machines, cranes and aggregates. In addition to its main business, it also supplies simulators and information systems that are used for training purposes by corporate customers. The largest operations are found in the Nordic market. The company was originally founded in 1970 and has its headquarters in Vieremä.
