Company adj. EBITDA was 4.5m (ABGSCe 13.0m), and net profit was SEK 7.1m (ABGSCe 3.3m). The financial net was affected positively by a SEK 8m earn-out revaluation connected to the subsidiary "Miljöbelysning". Operating cash flow was SEK -0.8m. The miss on numbers was driven by the Smart properties and Circular Energy segments.
