Here are Frans’s comments on Investors House’s Q1 result.  Investors House released a weaker-than-expected Q1 report this morning, primarily driven by the sluggish performance of the Services business. The clear decline in revenue and earnings was expected following the large Apitare real estate sale completed last year, but the Services business was weighed down more than we anticipated by weakened returns from certain contracts as well as one-off costs. The Real Estate segment, on the other hand, continued its steady development, performing slightly better than our expectations. It is worth noting that Q1 is seasonally a weaker quarter for the company, as property taxes are recorded in full at the beginning of the year. This was the first quarterly report under the new CEO, Jukka Akselin, and his comments regarding the company’s development in the report were as expected. The current year is a year of structural change for the company. Our forecasts are subject to slight downward pressure. Frans is getting ahead of things as IH reports its results this Thursday.  We expect revenue and earnings to have decreased significantly from the comparison period, driven by the sale of the large Apitare real estate portfolio. Investors House announced on Tuesday that the company’s board of directors has elected Petri Roininen as the chairman of the board. The selection was in line with our expectations and it ensures continuity in the company’s strategic management as Roininen steps down from the CEO position. Continuity is further enhanced by the appointment of Jukka Akselin, head of the service business, as the company’s CEO. Investors House's Q3 report was the first since the divestment of the Apitare JV, of which Investors House owned two-thirds. The Q3 results were somewhat better than we expected. Both the Real Estate and Services segments performed better than we anticipated, although Services' performance continued to be unsatisfactory, and the company has successfully implemented cost reductions in the segment. We keep our adjusted EPS estimates of EUR 0.19-0.21 for 2026-27 unchanged. We derive a lower fair value range of EUR 3.1-4.2 (5.3-7.1) following the distribution of the EUR 3.14 extra dividend paid in Q3. Our fair value range is based on 2026E P/BV of 0.85-1.15x.
