Audientes – Presentation of Q2/H1 2024 report

Audientes expects to release its H1 results on 29 August 2024. Audientes’ CEO Steen Thygesen will present the results, provide a business update, and answer questions at a virtual live event on 30 August at 13.00.
In the Q1 2024 results, Audientes realized around DKK 0.2m in revenue, but lowered the loss to DKK 2.6m (DKK 3.8m in Q1 2023). In the second quarter, Audientes made a rights issue that was subscribed to 94 percent, corresponding to approximately DKK 4.59 million in new capital and conversion of debt. Furthermore, they have announced new distribution partners in India, the Middle East, and Africa. After the period, they also signed a definitive agreement for a joint venture on the Chinese market. The expectations for those agreements and the capital situation will be in focus besides the financial results.
