Columbus is expected to release its Q3 2026 interim report on 5 November 2026. On the same day at 13:00 CET, CEO & President Søren Krogh Knudsen and CFO Brian Iversen will present the results in a live online event, followed by a Q&A session.
Q2 2026 marked a return to revenue growth for Columbus after several quarters of decline, with revenue up 2% to DKK 420m. Growth was led by Norway, where service revenue rose 52% on major contract wins, and by Dynamics 365 returning to growth, while Data & AI grew 40% and EIM 28%. Earnings did not follow. EBITDA of DKK 17m corresponded to a margin of 4.0%, unchanged from Q2 2025 and below the company's own expectations, as the contribution margin came under pressure from intense competition on large new project wins. Efficiency improved to 65% from 63%, still short of the 70% long-term target, while Sweden and Denmark remained the weak spots with service revenue down 8% and 12% respectively. Columbus maintained its full-year 2026 guidance of 0-5% organic revenue growth and an EBITDA margin of 8-10%.
The Q3 report also coincides with Columbus's new strategy, which management has said is expected to be announced in early November.
In addition to the Q3 results and the progress against full-year guidance, focus may also be directed toward pricing on new contract wins and the path back to historical contribution margins, the demand picture in Sweden and Denmark, and the commercial traction of Columbus's AI initiatives as part of the business shifts toward fixed-price and outcome-based contracts. Since the Q2 report, Columbus has made no material announcements beyond the continued weekly reports on the ongoing share buyback.
