2023 ended on a strong note with the Q4 2023 quarter delivering the highest growth throughout the year, and the full-year organic growth surpassing guidance. The Q1 2024 results will be the first indicator of whether this momentum is carried into 2024. For the full year of 2024, Columbus expects organic growth of 8-10% and margins (EBITDA) to rise to 9-10% (up from 7.6% in 2023).
