GomSpace – Presentation of Q1 2025 trading statement

GomSpace is expected to release its Q1 2025 trading statement on the 7th of May 2025. On the same day at 13:00, GomSpace’s CEO Carsten Drachmann will present the results at an online live event followed by a Q&A session.

Ahead of the Q1 trading statement, GomSpace has announced a direct share issue of SEK 196m to its main shareholder, the Hargreaves Family, preparing the company to seize opportunities arising from the recent surge in European defense budgets and spending. In that connection, the company reiterated its 2025 guidance, implying that revenue is expected to be in the range of SEK 320-380m (SEK 257m in 2024), EBITDA margin between -2% and +10%, and positive free cash flow for the full-year 2025. To underline the momentum, the company reported in late March the category product sales rose to SEK 43.5m year to date,

Besides the financial results for the first quarter, the focus of the event is also expected to be on order intake, the latest capital raise, and further details on the opportunities that the company will try to seize upon in the coming years.
