GreenMobility is expected to release its H1 Interim Report for 2025 on August 14, 2025. On August 19 at 13:30 CET, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the results and answer questions in a live online event.

Ahead of the half-year results, the company reported solid performance in Q1, with 36% revenue growth, an 84% increase in EBITDA, and margins improving to 21%, up from 16%.

The guidance was reiterated, with expectations to grow the topline by 7–13% (revenue in 2024 was DKK 129.5 million) and to expand margins, with EBITDA expected to grow faster than the topline by 20–40% (EBITDA in 2024 was DKK 35.8 million). When comparing Q1’s growth rate to the full-year expectations, it is important to note that all cars from foreign markets were fully relocated only in H2 2024. As a result, the comparison base for the second half of the year will be more challenging.

In addition to the financial results, the focus will be on the company’s progress in implementing various strategies in 2025 to drive growth. These include the introduction of a new digital platform to ensure the availability of cars at the right time, place, and price, as well as efforts to automate sales and direct marketing to existing customers. The competitive situation may also draw attention, especially following recent M&A activity in the taxi market.
