Inderes expects to release its Q3 2025 results on October 21 2025. Inderes CEO Mikael Rautanen will present the results in a live online event the following on October 22 day at 12:00 CEST, where you will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Inderes expects to release its Q3 2025 results on October 21 2025. Inderes CEO Mikael Rautanen will present the results in a live online event the following day on October 22 at 12:00 CEST, where you will also have the opportunity to ask questions. Ahead of the Q3 2025 results, Inderes announced sales figures for July and August. July showed 2% growth, while August declined by 3%. The negative growth in August was driven by fewer CMDs in the Events Business, while the Software Business continued to show good progress. On October 10, 2025, Inderes lowered its full-year 2025 guidance. The company now expects full-year sales to grow only slightly or remain at the previous year&#x2019;s level (previously expected to grow), and the adjusted EBITA margin to be around 11% (previously expected to improve from the 2024 level of 11.6%). The revision is primarily due to increased volatility in the events business, where project revenue is more unpredictable and closely linked to short-term customer decision-making. The main focus for the upcoming event is likely to be on whether the important IPO market, a key driver for Inderes, is showing signs of recovery, and whether management views the weaker short-term outlook for the events business as temporary.
