A Northern European P&C insurance group, Sampo will publish its Q3 Financial Report for 2025 on November 5, 2025. The event will include a brief presentation of the results and Sampo’s outlook for 2025. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

A Northern European P&amp;C insurance group, Sampo will publish its Q3 Financial Report for 2025 on November 5, 2025. Later the same day, we will host a live online event with Sampo&#x2019;s Head of Investor Relations, Sami Taipalus, at 13:30 CET. The event will include a brief presentation of the results and Sampo&#x2019;s outlook for 2025. The presentation will be followed by a Q&amp;A session. The results for the first half of the year followed in the footsteps of a very strong first quarter, with top-line increasing by 8%, driven by private business in both the UK and Nordic region. A favorable claims environment and positive underlying trends in the Nordics led to an improved combined ratio of 83.6%. This resulted in a 25% increase in the underwriting result to EUR 729m (on a currency-adjusted basis). The continued momentum in the first-half results led to an upgraded 2025 guidance. Group insurance revenue is now expected to be in the range of EUR 8.9&#x2013;9.1 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 6&#x2013;9%, and Group underwriting result in the range of EUR 1,425&#x2013;1,525 million, representing growth of 8&#x2013;16% year-on-year. In addition to the financial results for the third quarter, focus may be on potential distributions following Noba&#x2019;s stock market listing.
