SP Group is set to release their quarterly report for Q1 2026 on Wednesday 29 April 2026.

On Thursday 30 April 2026 at 3:00 PM, CEO Lars Bering and CFO Allan Jeppesen will present the results and answer questions from the audience during an online live event.

The current guidance for 2026 from SP Group indicates revenue growth of 15–23%, corresponding to expected 2025 revenue of DKKm 3,390–3,626. Of this, the 15 percentage points - or approximately DKKm 450 - stem from the acquisition of Idé-Pro at the end of 2025. Guidance for the EBITDA margin is 19–21%, corresponding to EBITDA in the range of DKKm 644–761. EBT, or profit before tax, is guided for 2026 at 11–13%, equivalent to DKKm 373–471.

The estimates from a single analyst covering the stock, according to S&P Capital IQ, indicate 2026 revenue of DKKm 3,590, EBITDA of DKKm 756, and EBT of DKKm 438. S&P Capital IQ has no consensus estimates for SP Group at the quarterly level.
