(Oslo, April 1, 2021) Nel Hydrogen Fueling, a subsidiary of Nel ASA (Nel, OSE:NEL) has received a purchase order from HTEC for one H2Station™ hydrogen fueling station which will be used to fuel light duty fuel cell electric vehicles in Quebec, Canada.

(Oslo, 24 March 2021) On 24 March 2021 Nel Hydrogen Fueling, a division of Nel ASA (Nel, OSE:NEL), received a purchase order for an additional  four H2Station™ units for fueling of light-duty vehicles in California from Iwatani Corporation of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Iwatani Corporation (8088: Tokyo Stock Exchange).

(Oslo, 26 February 2021) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Nel ASA (the "Company") on 24 February 2021 regarding the issue of 49,500,000 new shares upon completion of a private placement of shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares under the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 291,459,497.60 divided on 1,457,297,488 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20 per share.

(Oslo, 18 February 2021) Nel ASA (Nel) reported revenues of NOK 229.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2020, up from NOK 175.9 million in the same quarter of 2019 and an EBITDA of negative NOK 96.2 million (Q4 2019: -41.7) incl. one-offs, ramp-up cost and a NOK 20 million provision for a potential fine. The order backlog ended at approximately NOK 980 million, up 90%, and the company holds over NOK 2.3 billion in cash. Nel has outlined a target of producing green hydrogen at USD 1.5 per kilo* by 2025, outcompeting fossil alternatives, and reiterates the strong long-term outlook.

(Oslo, 16 February 2021) A subsidiarity of Nel ASA (Nel), and an entity partially owned by Nel, have received notices of fines totaling NOK 25 million related to the June 2019 incident at the hydrogen fueling station at Kjørbo, Norway. The company will assess the notices and consider further potential actions.
