Securitas enters into a four-year term loan agreement of MEUR 1 100 together with nine of its relationship banks, with the option for the parties to extend one additional year.

The proceeds will be used to refinance a large part of the remaining MUSD 2 315 bridge facility related to the acquisition of STANLEY Security which was closed on July 22, 2022.

Securitas has, as previously announced, carried out a rights issue of shares of class A and B. The issue of shares has resulted in changes in the number of shares and votes in Securitas as follows:

Prior to the issuance of new shares, there were in total 365058 897 shares in Securitas, of which 17142 600 shares of class A, corresponding to 171426 000 votes, and
347916 297 shares of class B, corresponding to 347916 297 votes, 519342 297 votes in total.
