The shareholders in Thunderful Group AB, company reg. No. 559230-0445, (the "Company"), is convened to the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 by participating in postal voting. Attendance at the Annual General Meeting takes place exclusively by postal ballot.

Thunderful Group AB ("Thunderful") issues clarifications with regard to the year-end report for 2020 observing that the operating profit for Coatsink Software has been adjusted and audited locally causing negative effect on Thunderful Games' operating profit for the period 1 October - 31 December 2020 by reducing net sales. Further, Thunderful has identified a need to clarify the KPIs Net Sales and EBITDA within the segment Thunderful Distribution. Finally, Thunderful clarifies the increase of Other external expenses.
 

Thunderful Games

Thunderful Group AB acquires the German game publisher and developer Headup with 14 employees. In connection with the acquisition, Headup's CEO Dieter Schoeller takes on the role as Head of Publishing in the Thunderful Games segment.

Headup GmbH, founded in 2009, is an acclaimed publisher and game developer active on all major platforms; consoles, mobile devices and PCs. The head office is located in Düren outside Cologne, Germany. Revenues for 2020 amounted to 4.2 million Euros.

Swedish gaming powerhouse Thunderful Group ramps up, and moves into offices optimised for game development on Kvarnberget in central Gothenburg. The work force of around 100 people will start moving in during the first quarter of 2021.
