First Hotels AB (publ) ("First Hotels" or the "Company") announces today that board member Torje Gabrielsen has resigned from the board of the Company, effective as of today's date, at his own request.
Gabrielsen is part of the buyer group that acquired parts of the Company's franchise operations, as communicated on January 8, 2025, and therefore is stepping down from the board of First Hotels. A new board member will be elected at the upcoming annual general meeting.
