Eltel AB (publ) ("Eltel") announces today that the total number of shares and votes in Eltel has increased by 5,090,500 class C shares and 509,050 votes, respectively.
Prior to the issue, the total number of shares and votes in Eltel amounted to 160,585,581, whereof 156,736,781 are ordinary shares carrying one vote each and 3,848,800 are class C-shares carrying 1/10 vote each. Thus, the total number of votes in Eltel amounts to 157,121,661. Eltel has, during May 2026, issued 5,090,500 class C shares, which increased the share capital by EUR 50,905. The issue of class C shares was carried out by virtue of the authorization granted by the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Eltel repurchased the class C shares after the issue. The shares were issued and repurchased in accordance with the authorization regarding the incentive programs LTIP 2024 and LTIP 2025 that the 2025 Annual General Meeting resolved upon.
As of today’s date, the total number of outstanding shares in Eltel amounts to 165,676,081, of which 156,736,781 are ordinary shares and 8,939,300 are class C shares. The number of votes in Eltel as of today’s date amounts to 157,630,711 and the share capital amounts to EUR 1,656,760.81.
