Oslo, 20 July 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices made by HydrogenPro ASA ("HydrogenPro" or the "Company") on 13 July 2026 regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 12,762,444 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share, and regarding the intention of certain primary insiders of the Company to subscribe for Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering.
Jan-Henrik Kuhlefelt, General Manager HydrogenPro Tianjin and primary insider of the Company, has today subscribed for 100,000 Offer Shares, of which 3,141 Offer Shares were subscribed for by exercising subscription rights, and 96,859 Offer Shares were over-subscribed for without subscription rights. Jan-Henrik Kuhlefelt holds 10,000 existing shares in the Company prior to the subscription.
