Fjord Defence Group ASA - Notice of annual general meeting

Oslo, 30 April 2026

Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") hereby calls for its annual general
meeting to be held on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at 10:00 CEST (the "AGM"). The AGM
will be held as a digital meeting only, accessible via Microsoft Teams.

The notice of the AGM, including the Board's proposed resolutions and the notice
of attendance and proxy form, is attached to this announcement and available on
the Company's website,
https://www.fjorddefencegroup.no/investors#general-meeting. Shareholders are
encouraged to attend the AGM by casting their votes in advance or by granting a
proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in
the attached notice.
 
As set out in the attached notice, the proposed agenda for the AGM includes,
amongst others, approval of the annual accounts and the Board's report for 2025,
advisory vote on the remuneration report, election of board members, and board
authorizations to increase the share capital by issue of new shares and to
acquire the Company's own shares.

Advance votes may be registered through the Company's website
https://www.fjorddefencegroup.no/ (use Ref. no. and PIN code included in the
notice) or through VPS Investor Services. In VPS Investor Services, select
Corporate Actions - General Meeting - ISIN. If you are not able to register
electronically, you may send the form attached as Appendix 2 to the notice by
e-mail to genf@dnb.no, or by regular mail to DNB Bank ASA, DNB Carnegie Issuer
and Investor Services, P.O. Box 1600 Centrum, 0021 Oslo, Norway. Further
instructions are included in the attached notice.

To register your attendance, please register through the Company's website
https://www.fjorddefencegroup.no/ or through VPS Investor Services. Shareholders
who wish to attend  the AGM via Microsoft Teams must also send an e-mail to
info@fjorddefencegroup.com no later than 19 May 2026 at 23:59 CEST to receive
the meeting invitation and dial-in details.

Shareholders receiving the paper version of the notice of the AGM are encouraged
to accept electronic communication through VPS Investor Services.
