Stora Enso Oyj: Stora Enso käynnistää hybridilainan liikkeeseenlaskun

Stora Enso harkitsee euromääräisen, benchmark-luokan kahden eri maturiteetin luottoluokitellun hybridilainan liikkeeseenlaskua. Mahdollinen liikkeeseenlasku toteutetaan lähiaikoina markkinaolosuhteista riippuen.

Suunnitellun liikkeeseenlaskun tarkoituksena on edelleen vahvistaa Stora Enson tasetta ja optimoida pääomarakennetta sekä tukea yhtiön sitoutumista investment grade -luottoluokituksen säilyttämiseen.

Stora Enso suunnittelee käyttävänsä liikkeeseenlaskusta saatavat nettotuotot yleisiin yrityksen rahoitustarpeisiin, kuten olemassa olevan velan uudelleenrahoittamiseen ja lähiaikoina erääntyvien lainojen takaisinmaksuun.
