Talenom on vuonna 1972 perustettu tilitoimisto, joka tarjoaa asiakkailleen laajan valikoiman tilitoimistopalveluja sekä muita sen asiakkaiden liiketoimintaa tukevia asiantuntijapalveluja.

Tässä ohjeistuskommentit. Mitä tätä tulkitsee niin tilitoimisto-Talenomin käyttökatekannattavuus on odotuksia heikompi. Jakautumisessa hallinto tuppaa jos ei tuplaantumaan niin suhteessa kasvamaan. Em heikkoudesta voi hyvin olla samaa mieltä kun katsoo noita eilisiä ohjeistuksia, eli 1-9/2025 kertynyt oikaistua käyttökatetta 16+ meur, eli run-rate vajaat 22meur.  Ja nyt ohjeistetaan v 2026 haarukassa 18-22 meur, eli ääripäässä saavutetaan 2025 taso. Eli ohjeistuksessa omasta mielestä vähän löysäillen mennään…  => Riskinä tietenkin että sittenhän löysäillään sen sijaan että enemmän tsempataan, ennakoidaan, varmistellaan. Ehkä tässä liikaa firman puolesta ajatellaan että maali häämöttää kun pitkäkestoinen projekti on edennyt lähes jakautumiseen.                   Inderes              Talenomilta ohjeistus vuodelle 2026 - Inderes    Jakautumista tekevä Talenom julkaisi eilen yhtiöön jäävälle tilitoimistoliiketoiminnalle ohjeistuksen vuodelle 2026 (liikevaihto 110–120 MEUR ja vertailukelpoinen käyttökate 18–22 MEUR). Ohjeistus oli liikevaihdon osalta odotettu, mutta...

Tässä on Juhan kommentit Talenomin tuoreista ostoksista.  Talenom jatkoi yritysostoja Espanjassa hankkiessaan itselleen kolme pientä tilitoimistoa Espanjan Baskimaassa. Kaikkien yhteenlaskettu liikevaihto on noin 1,9 MEUR vuositasolla, ja yhtiöt siirtyvät osaksi konsernia vuodenvaihteessa. Yritysostot laajentavat Talenomin toimintaa Espanjassa uudelle ja strategisesti tärkeälle markkina-alueelle. Verkoston vahvistaminen Espanjan murroksessa olevalla tilitoimistomarkkinalla on mielestämme strategisesti tärkeää sekä tilitoimistoliiketoiminnan että Easorin ohjelmistoliiketoiminnan potentiaalin kannalta. Nämä ohjelmistot Easor, Fennoa, Netvisor etc, ovat kaikki hyvin erilaisia käyttäjämielessä. Lisäksi niiden hinnottelumallit ovat erilaisia. Mielenkiintoista nähdä, onko Easor tässä kisassa lainkaan kilpailukykyinen kun joudutaan myymään muille kuin Talenomin omille asiakkaille. Toki Espania voi yllättää.

Talenom Plc, Press release 16 December 2025 at 15:50 EETTalenom acquires two Spanish accounting companies, Ascofi Berria and Harri BerriTalenom Plc has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of both, Ascofi Berria S.l., and Harri Berri S.l., two accounting companies operating in the Greater Bilbao region of the Biscay province in Basque Country, Spain. The acquired companies will be transferred to Talenom on 1 January 2026. Ascofi Berria and Harri Berri provides accounting, payroll, tax and other advisory services mainly to SMEs in the region. The acquisitions will expand Talenom’s operations in Spain to a new and strategically important market area.The combined net sales transferred to Talenom from the acquired companies is some EUR 1.27 million annually. The companies employ a total of 26 persons who will continue to work for Talenom. In the short term, the acquisitions will not have any significant impact on Talenom’s financial position or future outlook.Talenom combines software development with expertise in the accounting industry in a unique way.
