Change in the holdings of Cityvarasto’s own shares
The Annual General Meeting of Cityvarasto Plc held on 28 April 2026 resolved that the right to shares entered in the book-entry system, and the rights attached thereto, have been forfeited with respect to 300 shares registered in a joint book-entry account held in the name of the company. The joint account had been opened on behalf of those shareholders who had not, within the prescribed registration period, requested the registration of their holdings in the book-entry system.

The total number of shares in the company remains unchanged at 8,027,002 shares, each carrying equal voting and dividend rights.
