Konecranes' updated disclosure policy
The Board of Directors of Konecranes has today approved the company's updated disclosure policy. The updated disclosure policy does not include any major changes to the principles and practices according to which Konecranes operates.
The disclosure policy defines and describes Konecranes' general principles and practices for disclosing information to its stakeholders and communicating with the capital markets, media and other stakeholders. Konecranes is committed to transparent, proactive, accurate, timely and non-misleading communication and aims to give all market participants simultaneous and sufficient access to the information that is needed to determine the fair value of Konecranes and its financial instruments.
