Amsterdam/Oslo – 27 February 2026 – MPC Energy Solutions (“MPCES”, “Company”) published its preliminary, unaudited results for financial year 2025 today.
Improved Operating Margins, Lower Overhead Costs, Increased Free Cash
The Company’s portfolio generated 113 GWh of clean and affordable energy in 2025, a decrease of 3% compared to 2024 (2024: 116 GWh). On a like-for-like basis, i.e. excluding the projects sold in December 2024 and September 2025, respectively, energy output increased from 94 GWh to 97 GWh (+3%) year-over-year.
Full-year proportionate revenues for 2025 were USD 11.6 million (2024: USD 12.8 million). On a like-for-like basis, proportionate revenues increased from USD 10.3 million in 2024 to USD 10.6 million in 2025 (+3%).
MPCES reported proportionate earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of USD 8.6 million (2024: USD 7.9 million). The like-for-like comparison saw EBITDA increase to USD 8.0 million, a plus of 17% year-over-year (2024: USD 6.9 million). Consequently, the operating margin improved from 62% (2024) to 75% (2025), and from 67% (2024) to 76% (2026) on a like-for-like basis.
The Company also reported that its full-year overhead expenses were down 11% year-over-year. And, following divestments made throughout the year and especially during the third quarter of 2025, MPCES improved its free cash position to USD 9.0 million as of 31 December 2025 (31 December 2024: USD 4.2 million).
The audited financial statements of the Company will be published on 28 April 2026.
