GomSpace is expected to release its Q4 2025 interim report and full-year results on 19 February 2026. On the same day at 11:00 CET, GomSpace’s CEO, Carsten Drachmann, will present the results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2025 in a live online event, followed by a Q&A session.
Ahead of the report, GomSpace has delivered a markedly strong development throughout 2025, with significant topline growth and clear signs of operational gearing. In Q3 2025, revenue increased by 94% year-on-year, while revenue for the first nine months of 2025 grew by 71% compared to the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA improved materially to SEK 15.0m in Q3 2025, corresponding to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 13%, highlighting the improved profitability profile and operational gearing.
During the year, the company upgraded its 2025 guidance to revenue of SEK 420–450m and an EBITDA margin of 6%–12%, and in December management reiterated expectations that both revenue and EBITDA would land in the upper end of the guidance range. At the same time, GomSpace decided to suspend its full-year free cash flow guidance due to uncertainty related to the timing of customer payments around year-end, while emphasizing that underlying operational execution remains strong.
In addition to the financial results for Q4 and the full year 2025, the focus of the call is expected to be on management’s comments regarding cash flow development, order intake and backlog composition, as well as expectations for 2026. Investors will also be listening closely to how GomSpace plans to sustain profitability improvements and position the company amid increasing European investments in defense, surveillance, and space-related infrastructure.
Founded in 2007, GomSpace is a space company that manufactures and supplies hardware and software for satellite solutions within the nanosatellite and microsatellite segments.
