Bawat Water Technologies är verksamma inom sjö- och industrisektorn. Bolaget tillhandahåller värmebaserade BWMS-system som används för ballastvattenbehandling. Yesterday, Bawat released its half-year 2023 results, which showed an order intake of SEK 20.3m, corresponding to a growth rate of approx. 121% YoY. The company repeated its full-year 2023 guidance of an order intake in the range of SEK 40-60m.
Earlier today, Bawat released its Q2 2023 report. Order intake was SEK 11.2m in Q2 2023, totaling an order intake of SEK 20.6m in H1 2023 (SEK 9.3m in H1 2022). Bawat maintains its full-year 2023 guidance of an order intake in the range of SEK 40-60m.
This morning, Bawat Water Technologies (Bawat) announced a large fleet order from a European customer for its Ballast Water Management System (BWMS). In today's trading, the share price is currently up by approx. 29%.

Today, shortly before the market closed, Bawat announced its final approval from Nefco of a loan agreement and hence the decision to carry out directed share issues. Referring to Bawat’s financing plan communicated on 17 April 2023, the Nefco-financing has received final approval regarding the financing of SEK 25m divided into two tranches. Consequently, Bawat carries out two directed share issues with total proceeds of SEK 18.8m (before transaction costs) at a subscription price of SEK 1.60 per share.
