You can now sign up and submit questions to the Q3 2025 results presentation with Hafnia, one of the world’s largest product tanker owners. The report will be published on Monday 1 December. The day after, Tuesday 2 December at 11:00 a.m., CEO Mikael Skov will present the Q3 results, key highlights, and outlook for the rest of 2025. Questions can be submitted in advance, and you don’t need to attend live to participate.
Following a record year in 2024, Hafnia has operated in volatile product tanker markets throughout 2025, impacted by sanctions on Russian vessels, trade wars, conflict in the Middle East, and OPEC+ supply expansions. Despite the volatility, tanker rates have generally found support in Q2 and Q3 2025, currently trading above levels seen in the latter part of 2024, though still below the record highs in the first half of 2024.
For Q3 2025, consensus analyst estimates from S&P Capital IQ among 5 analysts forecast EBITDA of USD 153m, and Net Income of USD 99m. Hafnia does not provide formal guidance, but the same five analysts referenced above expect full-year EBITDA of USD 591m and net income of USD 354m.
Hafnia has paid quarterly dividends since Q1 2022. In the most recent Q1 2025 and Q2 2025, the quarterly dividend was USD 0.1015 (80% payout ratio) and USD 0.1210 (80% payout ratio), respectively. Consensus expects around USD 0.174 per share at Q3 2025.
