Donkey Republic operates in the IT sector. The company specializes in service solutions for the transport industry. Via a proprietary platform, the company offers bike-sharing, where bicycles are accessed digitally for both private individuals and companies who can use the services in real time via a mobile app. Users register via the app and can then take advantage of the range of services. In addition to the main business, operation and support services are offered. Operations are held in Europe with the headquarters in Copenhagen.
Today, Donkey Republic's new CEO, Thor Möger Pedersen, and COO, Signe Storgaard, presented the company's H1 2025 results and answered questions from the audience in a live online event. The event focused in particular on the narrowed guidance for 2026 and the drivers behind it. Donkey Republic now expects revenue of DKK 184-194 million, EBITDA of DKK 38-45 million and EBIT of DKK 4-9 million for 2026.
