Flat Capital is a long-term investment company that invests with a broad mandate in entrepreneurs and companies through its global network. The company has, among other things, significant ownership in Klarna and Defensor Group, and also invests in several major global tech companies such as OpenAI, SpaceX and Cerebras Systems. Flat Capital was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Stockholm.
