IQM Quantum Computers is a Finnish company based in Espoo that develops and manufactures superconducting qubit-based quantum computers. The company has delivered several quantum computers both in Finland and internationally. IQM manufactures its quantum computers at its production facilities in Espoo, where it operates the cleanroom facilities required for the fabrication of quantum circuits. The company went public in the United States through a SPAC transaction and completed a dual listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The reference price used in the SPAC transaction was USD 10.00, equivalent to approximately EUR 8.73.
