Otello is a holding company that owns shares in several companies. The companies include (i) AdColony, a marketing company that helps publishers and advertisers reach their audiences; (ii) Bemobi, a mobile media and entertainment company that integrates people and mobile content through technology and offers a subscription-based mobile app discovery service; (iii) Skyfire, a provider of cloud-based networking solutions. Otello was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Oslo.
