Decisions taken by Anora's Annual General Meeting 2023 and Anora's Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting of Anora Group Plc was held in Helsinki on 19 April 2023. The Annual General Meeting adopted the financial statements and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability for the financial year 2022.

Anora Group Plc has published its Annual Report 2022 today. The Annual Report consists of the Business Review, the Report by the Board of Directors, the Non-financial Statement, the Disclosure according to the EU Taxonomy Regulation, the Financial Statements with notes, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report, and the Sustainability Report for 2022. The Annual Report is published in Finnish and English.
