Notice of in-court restructuring proceedings of Green Hydrogen Systems
Kolding, Denmark, 10 March 2025 – Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (the "Company") today announces that following the Company's filing of a petition for an in-court restructuring of the Company on 10 March 2025, the District Court of Kolding has commenced the restructuring proceedings of the Company as of 10 March 2025. The court has appointed attorney-at-law Henrik Sjørslev, DLA Piper, as restructuring administrator.
The restructuring administrator will send notice of commencement of in-court restructuring proceedings of the Company to all known creditors in accordance with section 11 b of the Danish Insolvency Act.
A meeting with creditors will be held on 1 April 2025 at 10:30 am CET at the District Court of Kolding. All creditors are entitled to attend the meeting where the restructuring plan will be presented. The statutory restructuring plan required to be prepared under the Danish Insolvency Act is expected to be sent by the restructuring administrator to all known creditors in due course prior to the meeting.
The purpose of the in-court restructuring is to explore whether a basis can be established which allows for all or part of the Company’s operations to continue, including a sale of all or parts of the Company’s assets. At this stage it is uncertain whether a solution can be found, and a further update will be provided at the appropriate time.
As a result of the commencement of in-court restructuring, the Company has decided to amend its financial calendar. Accordingly, the Company will delay the publication of its annual report for the financial year 2024 to a later point in time within the statutory deadline.
