Consti Plc: Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act, Chapter 9, Section 10
Consti Plc ("Consti") has received a notification from Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö Fennia on 15 October 2026, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5.
According to the notification, the number of Consti shares and voting rights owned by Vakuutusosakeyhtiö Henki-Fennia, a controlled undertaking of Keskinäinen Vakuutusyhtiö Fennia, decreased below five (5) per cent of the total number of shares and voting rights of Consti on 13 October 2026.
