H. Lundbeck A/S (Lundbeck) hereby publishes and reports a correction to a previous notification on transactions made by executives and persons closely associated with them with shares and linked securities in Lundbeck (Company Announcement No 795).

The original notification stated that 23,666,150 A-shares had been exchanged for a total of DKK 988,771,747.

H. Lundbeck A/S (Lundbeck) has subsequently received a revised notification confirming that 23,689,856 shares were exchanged for a total of DKK 989,762,183.68.
